CCRDA Fall Workshops 2021 has ended
Based on member feedback, this year’s Fall Workshops are focused on very practical learning opportunities, with our time book-ended by space for inspiration and spiritual formation.

We are excited to be featuring Cheryl Bear and Sara Williamson-Bynoe for our opening and closing plenary sessions focused on spiritual formation. We are also happy to highlight some of the amazing expertise from right within our own Preferred Partner Network. There are a great variety of topics to be explored and something for almost everybody to join in learning. And because they are Preferred Partners, you know it’s going to be good!

Glad to have you join us as we learn together!

Lisa has her roots in a Saskatchewan farming community, raised and discipled by a family who put their faith in action.  In addition to being pioneers in farming, Lisa’s family practised radical hospitality, was instrumental in planting a church in the community, and launched a Bible Camp ministry that is still vibrant and active to this day.  Lisa’s longing and love for Christ, together with her spirit of adventure and a passion to help believers thrive even in the midst of great trial, led her to join International Teams in 1986, first to smuggle Bibles to Christians in Eastern Europe and then to provide practical and spiritual care to  Christian workers serving around the globe.  Lisa  continues to serve in this ministry  in partnership with MSCCanada.   As a minister of encouragement and care to Christian  workers, Lisa engages in the work of spiritual nurture, discipleship and prayer.  This involves elements of active listening, life coaching, biblical teaching, personal mentoring, relationship building, and cross-cultural navigation.
